In this document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bossbb website accessible at https://bossbb.onl together with all services, features and content provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" means any individual who has registered an account and uses the services provided by bossbb.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a user for the purpose of accessing the platform's services.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds available in a user's account for use in betting or gaming activities.
• "Bonus" means any incentive in the form of money or game credits offered by the platform to members in accordance with specified promotional terms.
• "Bet" means any activity involving wagering money on the outcome of a game or sporting event on the bossbb platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

To register and use bossbb services, users must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Not be on the list of individuals who have applied for self-exclusion from gambling activities through any recognised self-exclusion programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any condition that impairs judgement in making financial decisions.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of another person.

The bossbb platform takes seriously the protection of young people and individuals at risk of problem gambling. If the platform finds that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements, the account in question will be closed and the cash balance returned after the investigation is complete.

Each user is only allowed one active account on the bossbb platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different information, different IP addresses or different devices — is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as per MyKad or a valid identification document.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in the user's own name.
• Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. bossbb recommends using a strong password comprising a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

bossbb supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20.
• Minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the bossbb account holder.
• Transferring money on behalf of others or using third-party accounts is not allowed.
• bossbb reserves the right to request additional verification for transactions deemed suspicious or exceeding certain limits.

For withdrawals, users must ensure their account has completed the identity verification (KYC) process. This is a standard security measure to protect members' funds and prevent financial fraud.

bossbb offers various promotions to members from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The bossbb welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value. Below is an example of how it is calculated:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,300 → Wagering required: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

General terms that apply to all bossbb bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• bossbb reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any abuse or misuse of the promotion system is detected.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred between accounts under any circumstances.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be suspended.

All games offered on the bossbb platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and 4D lottery — are subject to their respective specific rules, which can be found on the relevant game pages.

General rules that apply to all gaming activity are as follows:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical issue during a game session, bossbb reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to the user.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• "Arbitrage" strategies intended to guarantee risk-free winnings by exploiting differences in odds are not permitted on the bossbb platform.
• For sports betting, bossbb reserves the right to suspend or void bets placed after the actual result is known.

As a bossbb member, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities:

• Do not share your account login details with any other party.

bossbb operates under international licensing and complies with established industry standards. However, the platform cannot be held liable for the following:

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by users.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control, including internet outages, power failures or cyber attacks.
• Indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services.
• Inaccurate information provided by users during registration that leads to identity verification issues.

In all cases, bossbb's maximum liability to any user is limited to the value of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

bossbb reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Abuse of the bonus system or detection of fraudulent activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Confirmation that the user is under the minimum age of 21.
• The user's own request to close or apply self-exclusion to their account.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in the platform's inactive account policy.

If an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, any remaining funds held in the account will be returned to the user once the internal review is complete. The refund process is subject to successful identity verification.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

bossbb reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specifically stated.

Users will be notified of material changes to these terms through:

• An email sent to the user's registered email address.
• An announcement on the bossbb platform's main page.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If a user disagrees with the amendments, they should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
